At DAVID X JONATHAN, we stand behind the quality of our meticulously crafted pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, we offer returns or exchanges on all items purchased, except earrings and customised items, within 14 days of dispatch.

• Returned items must be in an original, unused condition in their original packaging.

• For hygiene purposes, we do not allow returns or exchanges on used items or earrings.

• Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

• All postage costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or a wrong item was sent.
