local shipping
DELIVERY SERVICES
At the moment, we deliver via:
i) SingPost tracked service - your package will be delivered to your mailbox; or
ii) Ninja Van regular courier service - your package will be delivered to your doorstep.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES
​All orders will be dispatched from our studio within two working days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

All Singapore orders will take 2 to 4 working days to reach your mailbox from the time of dispatch from our studio.
​
Please note that orders placed after 19 December 2022 will only be sent out on January 11 2023, thank you for your kind understanding.
SHIPPING COSTS
Orders below SGD 100 will be charged a flat rate of SGD 3 for SingPost tracked service.

Free SingPost tracked shipping will be offered to all orders above SGD 100.
​
Customers can opt for Ninja Van courier service at SGD 5.50 regardless of order value.
TRACKING
All packages come with a tracking number and link which will be sent to your inbox via email after dispatch.

Email us at info@davidxjonathan.com within an hour of placing your order so that we can amend your address before shipping your order out. If it has been more than an hour, let us know and we will work something out with you.
international shipping

We have stopped offering international shipping options on the website for the time being.

However, we can entertain international shipping requests. Please email info@davidxjonathan with your details and destination country.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Your package may be subject to customs duties and taxes, separate from the shipping costs, imposed by your destination country and the exact amount will depend on the specific country's regulations. These charges will be the customer's responsibility and we are unable to pay for or reimburse these charges. We advise that you keep up to date with your country-specific regulations on duties and taxes.
We are unable to anticipate in advance whether these duties and taxes will be charged or estimate what these charges will be, as they vary by country. We do not have any control over these fees and advise that you contact your local customs office if you need more information.
